Ryan Brown
Chef and owner Ryan Brown fell in love with food while living, working and eating in the gastronomic capital of Paris, France.
A graduate of The French Culinary Institute, he has worked for Jean Georges and Picholine in New York City before starting Ryan Brown Catering in 1999.
Additionally, Ryan has consulted as a recipe developer for Weight Watchers, and has worked as a chef and caterer for private and corporate clients throughout Europe. As the executive consulting chef for Extreme Workout, he cooks for elite athletes participating in ultra marathons and other extreme sporting events in New York and Switzerland.
